Welded Wire Mesh Panel
Material:
Welded wire mesh is welded form superior low carbon steel wire and then galvanized and PVC coated.It features smooth surface,uniform mesh,highstability and great corrosion resistance.
1-Electro galvanized mesh(welded before galvanized, welded after galvanized)
2-Hot-dipped galvanized mesh(welded before galvanized, welded after galvanized)
3-PVC coated mesh(wire dia. of PVC is about 0.4mm)
Galvanized welded mesh has a good resistance to corrosion. Zinc coating can reach 200g/m2.
Characteristics:
Welded points and bright luster .The mesh doesn't come loose even if cut in parts or being exerted force on parts .Compared with general iron wire ,the products are better in respects of anticorrosive and anti-rust.
Process:
The wire fabric is made up of steel wires arranged in parallel fashion in two orthogonal directions, with the points of contact being welded between the wires by electrical welding process (spot welding) by welding machine.
